We have created a fabulous series of events beginning Thursday evening, with exclusive winery dinners, hosted by the proprietors, at Raymond Vineyards, Silver Oak Cellars, ,Joesph Phelps, and B Cellars.

Don’t miss the fun and excitement at our newest event at Club Red! Join us after dinner for dancing and celebration at the Wine Lounge in Club Red at Raymond Vineyards.

Presidents & Vintner Grant Honorees will be treated to an al fresco luncheon at Hall Winery on Friday afternoon. That evening, we will kick off the V Wine Celebration weekend with the “Let’s Get It Started” party, featuring the All-Stars of Research . We will showcase renowned restaurateurs, preeminent vintners and a connoisseur barrel auction, followed by dancing to global sensation, Project M.

On Saturday morning, we are excited to present the Cancer Research Symposium where the nation’s leading physicians and research scientists share the latest advances in cancer treatments. Following the symposium, savor boutique and legendary wines with a fusion of edibles at the Innovators & Icons Marketplace . Saturday evening, guests celebrate together at Nickel & Nickel Winery while enjoying Silent & Showcase auctions, an extraordinary Gala Dinner and Live Auction. The night tops with a private performance by Huey Lewis and the News, back by popular demand. The evening caps with the popular After Party at the Villagio Inn & Spa.

The V Wine Celebration reserves all rooms at the Villagio Inn & Spa and its sister property, the Vintage Inn, exclusively for our weekend guests. As headquarters for the weekend, rooms at the Villagio Inn & Spa will be filled first, with priority to guests participating in both days’ events. We encourage you to register early to ensure availability as we expect this event to sell out.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Your reservation is not confirmed until paid in full.

Host a Doctor $295.00 per Doctor

Friday Evening Only $1,750.00 per person

Saturday Evening Only $2,250.00 per person

Hotel Accommodations

The Wine Celebration blocks the entire Villagio Inn & Spa and its sister hotel, The Vintage Inn, exclusively for V Wine Celebration guests. These partner hotels are pleased to offer V Wine Celebration guests special rates for the weekend.

All rooms must be reserved through the V Wine Celebration office. The hotel will not book your hotel room directly.

Your hotel stay must be secured with a credit card.  If your reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the event, your credit card will be charged for the full value of your hotel stay.  A deposit equal to 100% of the first night’s room rate and taxes will be charged to your credit card on July 1, 2015. The balance of your room rate and taxes, porterage, housekeeping, and incidentals will be due upon checkout.

For both Villagio Inn & Spa and Vintage Inn:

Guest Suite – $475.00, per night, plus tax

Guest Room – $375.00 per night, plus tax
