At this year's auction, we have enabled handheld bidding for our Showcase auction items.  

Receive Your Bid Card at Registration

You will receive a bidder Smartcard at registration. The Smartcard will be attached to the back of the bidding paddle.

To place a bid, simply enter your Smartcard into any keypad located at the Showcase Auction Display in the Barrel Chai and at your dinner table.

Placing a Bid

1. Enter the item number they would like to bid on
2. The keypad automatically tells you the current highest bid for the auction item and whether it is held by you or another bidder
3. Enter the amount you want to bid
4. The keypad instantly informs you if you hold the highest bid and will update you if you get been outbid
